Order Processing Time
Orders received by 10 a.m. (CET) will be shipped the next business day. Please note that orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next available business day (typically Monday).
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times are as follows (in business days):
- Europe: 2–7 days
- USA & Canada: 4–15 days
- UK: 5–10 days
- Switzerland, Norway: 5–10 days
For custom orders, including personalized products and large-volume orders, delivery times may vary. Please contact us directly for an estimated timeline.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via trusted carriers including DHL and DPD.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. To view your shipping cost, add the desired items to your cart and enter your shipping address. The exact delivery cost will be displayed before you complete the payment process.
Shipping is free for orders up to 9 kg within the European Union and the Baltic countries when using DPD, excluding Norway and Switzerland. This will be automatically reflected during checkout if applicable.
Order Tracking
All orders are trackable via the carriers we use. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Import Duties & Taxes
International customers (outside the EU) are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or failure to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for redelivery.
Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control such as strikes, natural disasters, or global supply chain issues.
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within 20 days of purchase, please contact us. The maximum delivery time is 45 days.
