Refund policy

Return Conditions

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. "Unused" means the item must not be assembled, altered, worn, or used, and must include all accessories, manuals, and labels.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item you received is damaged during transit or differs from what was confirmed in your order due to our error (e.g., an item was incorrectly packed or mislabeled by Onecof), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the item you ordered matches the order confirmation, but you no longer want it (e.g., change of mind or incorrect choice by the customer), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit unless you use a shipping label provided by Onecof.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@onecof.com with your order number and product details. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

- Personalized or custom-made items

- Discounted items

- Items returned without prior approval

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and appropriately.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must return it first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
